Duane Laflin's
"Magic That Pleases The Eye"

Duane Laflin is a versatile performer. No matter what kind of magic you are interested in, you will learn something from his lecture! Silk effects - platform magic - - ideas for close up - kid show tricks - routines for banquet shows, and more!

Performances in fifteen countries and forty-seven of the USA states testify to the appeal of Duane's Magic. He is a full time professional magician who is well known for his classy style, sleight of hand techniques, and magically creative thinking.

- Renowned for his silk magic, having produced four full length DVD's, six full length videos, and several sets of lecture notes on the subject.

- An expert in the field of kid-show magic. H holds the record for having lectured fifteen times for the annual KIDabra convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This was fifteen different and unique lectures about doing magic for children!

- Has performed for the FFFF convention, and has performed in the close-up shows of many major magic conventions.

- Served four years as the international president of the Fellowship Of Christian Magicians. His book, Greater Gospel Magic, is considered to be the encyclopaedia and handbook for modern gospel magicians.

- His work as an emcee has been termed "legendary". Magic conventions around the world use him in this role. His jokes, sight gags, and comedy lists are original, unusual, and most of all…entertaining.

- Respected for his showmanship. When doing big illusions and large stage effects, his stage presence is considered "tops". Len Vinus, one of the founders of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, wrote that Duane is "one of the finest showmen in magic".

- A writer. Many tricks on the market come with his instructions (The Linking Ropes, Ten Tricks with Card Silks, Four Square Blendo, Silk Fountain, Russian Rings, Kiss The Magician, Colour Changing Silks, 20th Century Silks, Hank Ball Instructions, Palmo Instructions, etc.)
