Paul Romhany is an innovative, hilarious and highly original performer who has wowed audiences the world over, with appearances in over one hundred countries featuring his highly innovative Charlie Chaplin Act. During the past decade he has performed in some of the most glamorous entertainment venues from Europe to North America, and is one of the most sought after acts for high end cruise lines.

Paul is experienced in comedy and close up magic, but is most famed for his unique interpretation of Charlie Chaplin. His infamous Charlie Chaplin magic act is regarded as one of the most original and entertaining shows in magic, all delivered in the silent film star's formidable style.

Paul is also recognised as an accomplished author with a best-selling book and acts as a consultant for magicians worldwide with his many innovative magic creations. He is also a Gold Medal People's Choice Award winner in 2004 from the PCAM - the first person outside North America to win this prestigious award.

His 2009 lecture has now been featured across North America and in Europe and he is finally bringing it down under to Australia and New Zealand. There will be something for every type of performer in this lecture, from stand-up magic, stage magic to close-up magic.

Both his comedy act and his Chaplin show are fresh, entertaining, and original.

His lecture will include the following:
Opening Card routine - For the very first time, Paul will reveal his amazing card routine that he opens his formal close-up shows with.

Clean Sweep - a great routine for private parties, stand-up and stage.

Business Card Switcharoo - ideal way to hand out your business cards and create some impressive magic.

Poor Magician's Confabulation - Paul's take on this classic mentalism routine - ideal for those private parties and corporate shows.

Newspaper Umbrella Trick - Paul's umbrella routine from his award winning Chaplin Act.
Pin Number - Produce a bowling pin and then predict a pin number.

Bearly Impossible Solo - A great stand-up routine for stage, parlor or intimate magic.
Plus a few extra bonus routines from his magic product line.

Paul will also have his lecture note book for sale and a few of his products. He is traveling around Australia with a variety show so is limited to what he can bring.
