Palmerston North Magic Circle - Mini Convention

Labour Weekend 24th to 26th October 2009

Message from Ken Bates

Hi Guys and Girls,

Do you want to learn the how to do a hustler's second deal or a double undercut with a one handed pressure fan? Or, how about the triple bypass? Do you??

Well, we cannot teach you them :(

But, on the other hand, if you want to have a great, fun-filled weekend, learn from the likes of Terry Herbert & Bill Seagraves, meet some of your magic pals, join us in our workshops, see a first rate magic show & have a night out with some wonderful entertainment then all you need to do is register for our mini convention weekend.

Held here at the Globe Theatre, Palmerston North 24th and 25th October, it is the only place to be this Labour Weekend. And at $65 for Magicians, $50 for Junior and $25 for guests it's an absolute steal. And for those who want to join us, the Convention Cabaret Banquet is a snip at $21 per head (shoulders, knees and toes. Knees and toes).

You can get your registration form by emailing our illustrious secretary, Robin Lucas on or download it via the following link: click on the Download button (just above the "W" in "Weekend") to open in Adobe Acrobat.

Get your rego in guys.

Hope to see you there.

Ken Bates - Magic man

The committee has penciled in accommodation at Camalot and Kingsgate Motels, which are both close to the Globe Theatre.

As there are a number of events on in Palmerston North that week-end we recommend you phone one of these Motels A.S.A.P. to secure your booking. If you mention that you are staying there whilst attending the Palmerston North Mini Magic Convention you will only be charged at the corporate rate at both of these.
